Father’s Day tough on dads without visitation rights

As we all look forward to this Father’s Day, the best gift any woman could give to a father is the acknowledgment of the irreplaceable value men and fathers bring to a relationship, to children and what they afford the greater society. What an abject tragedy, what a horrific loss it is for any child to endure a life apart from their father.

The last 30-plus years have unfortunately not been kind to fathers and more importantly their children. It is today an unfortunate fact that of the approximate 70 million fathers in the U.S., 35 million are divorced. Of those 35 million fathers, as a result of a corrupt anti-family court system, approximately 84.4 percent have been relegated to the status of non-custodial parent.

Family courts are wrong;   I have not seen my child in over two years. The Harm Caused By Family Court System - 2016

It is not fathers “abandoning” their children, it’s feminism, mothers and a biased family court system conspiring for financial gain and legal leverage to secure court orders denying fathers their rights to their children and children their rights to their father.

Studies prove that dads involvement is essential to their children

concerned-citizens-for-family-law-reform-201711The Children’s Movement of Florida: Dads’ Involvement Essential to Children’s Future

Pediatricians have a message for fathers:

You’re more important to your child’s health and well-being than you — and we — might have realized.

After assessing more than a decade’s worth of psychological and sociological research, the American Academy of Pediatrics has issued a new report about fatherhood and the things doctors can do to help the nation’s 70 million dads reach their full parenting potential.

Fathers aren’t just back-ups for moms. Their presence in their children’s lives is beneficial in and of itself.

For instance, a 2012 study in the journal Development and Psychopathology looked at pairs of sisters who had differing levels of father involvement. Researchers found that the chances of teen pregnancy and other early sexual experiences were lower for daughters who spent more quality time with their dads.

A review of multiple studies found that kids who grew up spending time with their fathers were less likely to have behavioral and psychological problems. They were also more likely to be independent, intelligent and have improved social awareness.

“The role of fathers, and fatherhood, is in the process of changing,” said Raymond Levy, a clinical psychologist and executive director of the Fatherhood Project at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Traditional roles are merging, with moms spending more time in the workplace and dads spending more at home.

Don’t Alienate Your Children from Their Dad

To Be Immune from Parental Alienation Allegations, Just Don’t Alienate Your Children from Their Dad

There is one disturbing side to the fight of some women denying parental alienation syndrome. The rights to be protected against domestic violence and to protect their kids from child abuse are theirs. They consider it as their property, and as Proudhon would say in “Qu’est -ce que la propriété? (What Is Property?), property is more the right to exclude someone else from the enjoyment of a good than that to derive enjoyment from it. The women rights movement, which succeeded in making domestic violence and child abuse against the law, has fought for them and them only. Those fathers and mothers who claim the rights to be protected against parental alienation are just bums and usurpers that have to remain disenfranchised. Domestic violence is about a man beating up his wife and his kids, end of the story. The work of Gardner and others is phony and their authors’ agenda is to help fathers abusing their kids with legal protection. You are Disgusting - 2016

For these women too, family courts have been converted  to the parental alienation syndrome doctrine and are massively granting fathers custody of their kids (I guess, lucky me, I have missed Manhattan family court’s conversion). Hence mothers filing for divorce need to be coached to face the courts’ new biased scrutiny. That’s what RightsforMothers.com is doing in a recent posting, and its advice to mothers is quite telling. Among others: don’t refer to your children as “my” children;  don’t badmouth the father of your kids; keep pictures of your children with their dad; allow contacts between your kid and your ex’s extended family… In other terms, don’t alienate your children from your ex. That’s a start.

How great the world would be if these folks were to understand that mothers’ rights shall not be exclusive of fathers’ rights and the other way around!

BIRTHDAYS!!

Lawson E. Thomas

Courthouse Center

175 N.W. 1st Avenue

Miami, Florida 33128

Dear Honorable Judges:

The purpose of this letter is to and for verifying that I am the Natural Mother and that David M. Inguanzo is the Natural Father of David K. Inguanzo born on the 20th of September 1999. I have known David M. Inguanzo since 1992 when we met at St. Thomas University. In 1995 we began living together which led to our marriage and the birth of our son. Our marriage ended on June 4th, 2004. I remarried in 2007 and have 2 more children named Noah and Faith.

Since we met, during our relationship, and up to the present David and I have had our share of differences which I think is normal in human nature as not everyone can agree on everything and most times we just have to agree to disagree. However any and all of the differences that David and I have experienced have always been overcome and in the end we have always, and I am sure that we will always continue, acting in the best interest of our son.

Moreover, David is a devote and loving Father and has enjoyed liberal timesharing with our son since our divorce. He takes excellent care of our son and I encourage that they spend as much time together as possible. During the school year our son resides with me and during the summer school break our son resides with his Father.

Our son has traveled extensively with his Father on cruises, road trips and annual skiing trips to Utah. David (the Father) is very sports oriented and our son has taken after his Father and loves to play baseball, racquetball and swimming just to name a few.

David is worldly wise and highly intelligent and has taught and continues to teach our son the most important life lessons and virtues such as responsibility, honesty, and most importantly honor. He teaches him about good morals and ethics, patience, determination and resilience, and religion and spirituality. In addition to my Father and my husband, David is one of the best dads on this planet! My other two children love him and I completely trust him with our son and them.

Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’

David has demonstrated time and time again that there is not a moment that he would hesitate to take our son to the doctor, to school, to church, to play sports, to roller-skate, to buy him clothes and food wherever he may be with our son and regardless of his own personal interest. David’s has demonstrated to me that his life revolves around his children; David and Zoraya.

He has made sacrifices in his life to ensure that David and Zoraya always have what they need and they will always be together as a family. Zoraya has been raised together with our son David and is always thinking about her. David (the Father) has taught our son the importance of “Family.”

Co-Parenting our son with David has been very enlightening to me. We treat each other with respect and understanding, helping each other to promote and provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment.

At times David can be very vocal in his ideas, beliefs and thoughts on how to best raise our son, we have always put our best points forward and from this we have learned together thus making us better Parents. In our relationship as parents we do not argue…we mediate as adults and together decide what is best. Please know that I have never seen David act out of control, in anger and or in hatred towards me and or to another person. I am absolutely certain that he would never harm anyone and am sure that anyone who really knows David believes this including Zoraya’s Mother, Ms. Nixa Rose.

I can honestly and reverently declare that having David as my son’s Father has been a blessing.

Please feel free to contact me should the need arise.

Respectfully submitted,

Danniza L.

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
